- Strong hands‑on experience in backend development (Java) and frontend development using React, with the ability to design and build end‑to‑end application features.
- Proven ability to lead development teams, enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure high‑quality, maintainable, and secure code.
- Experience managing development build cycles, coordinating releases, and ensuring timely delivery of features aligned with project plans.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimisation for backend and frontend components
- Exposure to DevOps collaboration, including environment readiness and deployment support
