Job Responsibilities

• Specialization in Windows Installer Technology, SCCM and Windows Application Integration/Maintenance. Must work consistently to a very high standard even under high-pressure situations, meeting deadlines with a commitment to customer service.
• Highly experienced in Application Packaging including Diagnostic Tools like Regmon, Filemon, Beyond Compare, Picture Taker, Dependency Walker, InstallRite, etc., and very good scripting skills in VBScript, WiseScript, and batch scripting.
• Act as subject matter expert on tools, programs and applications unique to the client environment.
• Serve as the go-to resource to resolve complex issues.
• Match project priorities to industry best practices.
• Provide training to consultant teams and end users as needed.
• Ensure that KB articles are accurate and sufficient for first‑level support, writing, amending or removing KB articles as necessary.
