• 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross‑functional initiatives.

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience working in a strategy consulting firm.
• Understanding of Google’s products and technology industry.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work in a fluid, changing environment, with an entrepreneurial approach.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analysis, business judgment, planning and operational execution skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
