Accountable for shaping, accelerating, and delivering Haleon APAC’s social commerce strategy and content factory deployment. This role drives the development, build, and deployment of a scalable content factory, acting as a support and strategic orchestrator for Wider Asia and leveraging learnings from China lead markets.

• Social Commerce Hub Strategic Development: Design and develop aligned content hub solutions (factories) from end‑to‑end, manage build, implementation, and integration across APAC markets, create linkage with external agencies and partners, drive synergies and best practices, champion data‑led reporting, embed digital shelf execution, and partner across functional teams while ensuring alignment with Haleon’s enterprise data strategy and digital technology ecosystem.
