Job Description

What you will do

As an Inbound Logistics Executive, you will:

  • Execute transport planning and booking together with Logistics Service Providers/Carriers, provide proper documentation for customs clearance and follow up national and import shipments securing factories supply and resolving exceptions and operational issues.

  • Execute optimized transport planning and booking together with Forwarders/Carriers and manage inbound shipments according to the schedule agreed with factories.

  • Provide and manage documentation under Inbound transportation responsibility (e.g., import declaration, customs documentation, others).

  • Collaborate with planning hub, factories and logistics service providers. Support with monitoring orders and communicating deviations taking pro-active actions.

  • Ensure track and trace execution within expected service level, by monitoring visibility accuracy, information consistency and solving issue...
