Job Description
- Partner with APAC Finance leadership, Technology teams, and the Enterprise AI group to define and execute digital strategy and AI integration, translating global trends into actionable strategies.
- Lead digital and AI transformative initiatives that optimize processes, elevate client value, and streamline workflows through intelligent automation and data-driven insights.
- Identify and design AI-assisted workflows aligned with strategic objectives, ensuring compliance with regulatory and enterprise standards.
- Conduct impact assessments, process mapping, and gap analyses to prioritize automation opportunities and establish governance frameworks for tool usage, output quality, and review checkpoints.
- Develop and drive APAC Finance’s L&D roadmap for AI competency, leadership skills, and system training, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation to sustain digital transformation.
