Job Description
Eaton’s Electrical Sector is hiring an APAC Engineering Functional Excellence leader in Shenzhen/Shanghai.
**What you’ll do:**
A. Drives Continuous Improvement and optimization of our engineering processes with a lean mindset, understanding the full end-to-end aspects of Engineering Operations and the product development lifecycle for better TTM performance .
B. Drives the robust deployment of our standard practices of the Eaton Business System, PreLaunch/ AgileStarts and PROLaunch, setting appropriate KPI’s in place for industry leading NPD performance.
C. Influences and educates stakeholders outside the R&D organization to fully deploy the Engineering Processes, where dependencies with other functions exist.
D. Identifies and Implements world-class contemporary engineering processes and practices across the APAC region with global process alignment , like Simulation First; Model Based Design a.o..
