Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented FinOps Quality Control Specialist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of Finance Operations (FinOps) processes. You will be responsible for advanced quality control procedures, process optimization, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our FinOps to ensure we service our vendors in a manner fitting with our Customer Obsession philosophy.

Major goal of the function is to identify risks in finance processes and report performance of the operations from a quality perspective. Apart from that this role would do a root cause analysis of the identified defects and partner with business to improve the Quality of service.
