Job Description We are seeking an energetic, independent, and detail‑oriented professional to fill the Accounts Payable Assistant position. The role will champion the full‑cycle accounts payable process, be a catalyst for process improvements, and support a growing international conglomerate. Responsibilities Prepare BACS and electronic payment runs. Assist with AP integrations during acquisitions. Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval in an automated system. Process employee expense reports. Correspond with vendors and maintain updated vendor profiles. Assist in month‑end closing.
