JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: AOG Technician

Department: Line Maintenance

Reports to: Outstation Line Mx Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Troubleshoot and repair defects of non-scheduled maintenance and complete allreturnto service paperwork.
  • Maintain an at-ready status and be prepared for dispatch to a given assignment. Provide AOG recovery support when needed.
  • Coordinate daily with the Regional Line Mx Manager to define workload and workload planning.
  • Maintain Contact with Line Mx Managementregardingassignments.
  • Forward copies of repair information to Maintenance control as work is completed. Send original paperwork toaircraftrecords.
  • Provide Technical support to Line Mx as needed via teams, teleconference, research.
  • Monitor current and historical data for chronic or repetitive discrepancies onaircraftsystems.
