Summary:


The Annual Giving Associate collaborates with the VP of Advancement in planning, executing, and evaluating the Foundation’s annual giving programs. The Annual Giving Associate leads the donor acquisition, renewal, digital fundraising, direct mail campaigns, employee giving, and stewardship communications. The Annual Giving Associate enhances donor engagement and supports the long-term growth of the organization’s annual revenue streams.


Essential Job Functions:



+ Implement and manage all components of the annual giving program, including direct mail, digital campaigns, Giving Tuesday, year-end appeals, and donor acquisition efforts.

+ Maintain a year-round fundraising calendar with integrated communications, donor touchpoints, and cultivation plans.
