• Patients per day: 50-60
  
• Department Description: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo. 1 provider is assigned to OB each day this will not be a locum.
  
• EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
  
• Hospital Bed size: 11 OR s in main hospital. 2 in the ambulatory center
  
• Special Procedures: Locums do not medically direct CRNAs

Requirements:
Board Certification: BC or BE in Anesthesiology required
License Required: Active AZ license
Certifications Required: ACLS, PALS
