• Call Specifics: 1st and 2nd call- 7am-7pm plus call from 7p-7a 3rd call is 7a-7pm- regular weekday hourly shift 4th call is 7am-5:30pm- regular weekday hourly shift Weekend days and OR Holidays: On call for 24 hours 7a-7a

Description / Comment : Locum would ideally be able to cover 2 consecutive weeks per month and cover when the other locum isn't scheduled.

• Temp privs can be requested for locum with clean file, no malpractice, no work gaps. Need will be ongoing until per replacements are secured. Will consider Board Certified or Board Eligible candidates
• Location- Champlain Valley (CVPH)- in Plattsburgh, NY
