Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologist Locum Need
Schedule:
* Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
* Night Call: 4:00 PM 7:00 AM
* 24-hour weekend call
Coverage Dates (Weeks of):
* May
* May 25 June 8
* June
Practice Setting:
* Hospital-based Cardiac Rehab Unit
* 228-bed facility
* Adult and geriatric patient population
* Average Census: 2 10 patients/day
Support Structure:
* 6 Cardiologists
* 1 Cardiothoracic Vascular Surgeon
* 1 Thoracic Surgeon
* CRNA support in all cases
Procedures & Volume:
* 120 pump cases annually
* Cardiac surgery (CABG, valve replacements)
* Thoracic and vascular surgeries
* Cath lab and endovascular procedures
Requirements:
* Board Certification required (Cardiac fellowship preferred)
* Active PA license (IMLC may be considered)
* TEE and DEA certifications required
* 1 2 years of experience preferred
Credentialing:
* Temporary privileges in 2 3 weeks (clean background required)
