Role Overview

At Rehire , we are supporting a technology company in the search for an Android Mobile Developer to join their team.

We’re looking for a strong individual contributor with solid hands-on experience in Kotlin and production-grade Android applications. This role requires ownership, technical clarity, and the ability to work effectively with distributed and US-based stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, test, and maintain robust Android applications using Kotlin.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability across mobile applications.
• Optimize memory management, UI performance, and lifecycle handling within the Android framework.
• Take full ownership of assigned features and clearly articulate technical decisions and contributions.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams in cross-functional environments.
