We're hiring an Analyst Lead 2 in Singapore to lead analytics for the Transaction Lifecycle Dispute & Risk (TLDR) Pod and also own analytics for Spend Economics (outside of TLDR). You'll manage 2-3 analysts and are expected to stay hands-on with selective IC work-especially to deepen our understanding of Spend retention and identify the levers that move it. What you'll do
Lead a team of 2-3 analysts: coaching, performance, prioritisation, and raising the bar for analytical quality and influence.
Set the analytics direction for TLDR and Spend Economics: define success metrics, build measurement plans, and ensure the pod has clear insights to guide product/ops/risk decisions.
Drive Spend retention insight and action (hands-on as needed): quantify retention drivers, identify levers, and evaluate impact of changes across the dispute/risk journey.
