**Position Purpose:**

Home Depot is investing in the customer experience inside our stores and is looking for top-notch talent to drive innovation. This individual will be primarily responsible for generating thoughtful insights and reporting for a broad variety of customer-focused innovations and leading the execution of small-to-medium sized projects. The Experience Innovation Analyst should be passionate about how our customers shop both in our stores and Online both now and in the future and willing to advocate for ideas that solve legacy and emerging customer pain points. They should be fluent in acquiring, analyzing, and interpreting data and have excellent storytelling & communication skills to reach a variety of audiences.
