Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Corporate Internet Banking platforms and payment systems.
• Lead workshops and interviews with corporate clients, relationship managers, product owners, and technology teams.
• Understand and map corporate payment flows (SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, GIRO, instant payments, bulk payments).
• Work on enhancements to cash management products, payment initiation, transaction approvals, and reporting functionalities.
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, process flow diagrams, and wireframes.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design corporate-friendly online banking interfaces.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), SIT (System Integration Testing), and work closely with QA teams to validate solutions.
