Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Renewal and SAM:

  • Act as the liaison between Contract Renewal and Software Asset Management (SAM) teams.
  • Maintain and track the renewal schedule across IT suppliers.
  • Ensure timely escalations and proactive communication regarding renewals.

    • Onboarding Project Management:

  • Coordinate supplier onboarding activities including gathering documentation, compliance and setup of onboarding tasks.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth supplier onboarding processes
  • Track and report on onboarding progress to leadership by owning the status of items in the onboarding pipeline

    • Executive Business Review (EBR) Support:

  • Collect and summarize inputs for building the EBR agenda
  • Ensure accurate capture of supplier performance data, renewal status, project impacts, and supplier survey feedback.
