How You Will Contribute

• Assist with core transaction analytics, helping to identify key financial performance and operating trends as well as insights through applied data analytics.
• Assess the quality of the target company’s financial and operational datasets.
• Analyze underlying financial statement performance drivers via key transactional and operational data, clean, transform, and model data into meaningful information used to drive discussions with target management through observations to insights and conclusions.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to support transaction advisory services such as vendor and buyer financial due diligence, exit-readiness, and financial reporting missions.
