Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assigned customer accounts for the entire order life cycle responsibilities include Inventory Management, and logistics management to ensure orders are shipped to the agreed TATs.
  • Place orders, EDI, manual, and rush orders for both Customers and sales representatives.
  • Take ownership of and resolve complex customer inquiries through extensive research, a detailed understanding of Order life cycle, systems, and practices; provide timely and informative responses.
  • Prepare International shipping documents (Commercial invoice, Packing list, Shipper's Letter of Instruction (SLI), Export declaration, etc.
  • Manage logistics from Ocean Freight, Airfreight & Inland freight ensuring the accuracy and verification of documentation such as Bills of Lading (BOL), Air Waybills, freight quotes, Proof of Delivery (POD), etc.
