Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Support the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, direct mail, SMS, and digital platforms.
- Client Communications: Assistin drafting, editing, and proofreading client-facing communications to ensure clarity, tone, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a key point of contact for campaign-related tasks, working closely with marketing managers, product owners, legal, compliance, and data analysts to ensure campaigns are launched smoothly.
- Audience Segmentation: Assistin defining target audiences and building customer segmentation lists for campaigns in collaboration with the data analytics team.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data toidentifytrends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Prepare and present reports on key metrics to stakeholders.
