Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support Aftersales financial performance through reporting and data analysis, identifying profitability trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Prepare monthly performance reports, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets with clear analysis and assumptions.
- Monitor and track Aftersales KPIs, including revenue, forecasting accuracy, upselling performance, retention, throughput, parts sales, and labour performance.
- Provide operational support to service centres, including system related issues, package clarification and setup, initiative provisioning, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with operations teams to support debtor ageing and collections, working closely with Finance to resolve outstanding issues.
- Represent Aftersales and participate in tender and procurement exercises, ensuring compliance with company regulations, governance standards, and cost efficiency objectives.
