Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an AP Accountant (应付会计)  located in Shenzhen GBS.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the AP Accountant (应付会计) role involves…

What a typical day looks like:

  • Communicate with internal site finance/purchase or external companies to solve the finance issues timely.及时与内部财务沟通处理问题；
  • Train the data inputs to be high efficiency in data processing and qualified to accountant position.处理会计数据;
  • Check the transactions in ERP system and reconcile the statement with supplier, ensuring complying with SOX & RCTS requirement and all AP related policy.在ERP系统进行查账与调账, 确保符合SOX和RCTS的要求以及所有AP相关政策;
  • Prepare the weekly/monthly reports and other reports required by immediate supervisors or site finances.按要求准备周度和月度报告;
