SUMMARY The Analysis Manager will lead and scale a high-performing analysis team responsible for structural and dynamic evaluation of metallic mechanisms and integrated assemblies. This role sits at the intersection of execution and strategy-owning delivery across active programs, shaping competitive proposals, and building the next generation of analysis capability. You will define efficient, repeatable workflows, elevate technical rigor, and ensure alignment between analysis, design, and manufacturing.
