YOUR MISSION

• Revisar y analizar los procesos de comercio exterior, mediante planificación y análisis de datos, gestión cross‑functional y mejora continua
• Revisar y hacer seguimiento del flujo end‑to‑end de importaciones
• Desarrollar dashboards y reportes ejecutivos, identificando oportunidades de eficiencia en costos, transporte y planificación
• Revisar e identificar iniciativas de optimización en procesos, tiempos y costos logísticos
