• Support stakeholders to improve processes using core competencies in quality and continuous improvement.
• Ensure implementation and maintenance of current IMS certifications, including: ISO 9001, EFFCI, IPEC, SEDEX-SEMTA, Kosher, Halal and/or applicable to the site;
• Respond to and manage customer complaints, internal and external non-conformities.
• Perform floor inspections of applicable areas.
• Perform executive reporting on the performance of internal and external complaints.

• 1 to 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or fragrance industry.
• Degree in chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, chemical engineering or related field.
• Conversational English.
