Job Title: Ambulatory Service Representative II
Location: Houston, TX 77030
Duration: 6 months
Shift: M-F, 8a-5p, Hybrid WFH rotation with team (1 wk remote every 4-5 wks)
Scheduled Note: Preferred call center, front desk, and Epic experience.

Duties:
Performs patient registration procedures and ensures that all necessary patient forms are provided and filled out for the clinic visit.
Communicates with patient staff and providers regarding patient arrivals delays and clinic processes.
Verifies insurance benefits and identifies correct plan codes that drive reimbursement (i.e. Capitated allowance vs. per diem or discount of charges.).
Enters batches and reconciles TCH charges daily.
