Clinical Pharmacist - Precision Health and Ambulatory Oncology

Parkview Health is seeking a highly motivated clinical pharmacist to join the team in a unique hybrid role supporting both Parkview’s Precision Health team and the outpatient clinical oncology pharmacy services at the Parkview Packnett Family Cancer Institute (PFCI). This full-time position will be approximately 50% dedicated to Precision Health focusing in oncology and 50% dedicated to clinic-based oncology pharmacy coverage at PFCI.

This pharmacist will serve in a key clinical care coordination role, connecting precision medicine, oncology providers, and patient-centered cancer care. The role will support challenging oncology cases involving tumor pathology, genomic data, molecular biomarkers, and current or proposed treatment regimens.
