In this role, the successful candidate The Ambulatory Care Nurse will support the coordination, integration, communication, implementation and evaluation of nursing practice and clinical policies and procedures. In this role, the Ambulatory Care Nurse will participate in site and organizational quality and performance improvement activities, collect patient healthcare data systematically using appropriate assessment techniques and instruments, and collaborate with licensed providers to develop patient centered plans of care that prescribe interventions to attain expected outcomes.
