This role oversees the daily OR schedule-verifying that all patient testing, clearances, and resources are complete to keep cases running smoothly. The ANM also fields calls related to inpatient procedures, facilitates pre-procedure nurse practitioner evaluations when needed, and collaborates closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and nursing teams to anticipate and address operational needs in real time.
