We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Amazon Account Manager to manage and optimize our Amazon Seller Central accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end account operations, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies, driving sales growth, optimizing listings, managing PPC campaigns, and maintaining excellent account health and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities 1. Account Management & Compliance:
Manage and operate Amazon Seller Central accounts on a daily basis.
Ensure full compliance with Amazon policies, performance metrics, and seller guidelines.
Monitor and maintain account health metrics including Order Defect Rate (ODR), Late Shipment Rate (LSR), and Cancellation Rate.
2. Product Listing & Optimization
Create, upload, and manage product listings (single and bulk uploads).
