Amazon Account Manager (PPC & Marketplace)

We are looking for a high-performance Amazon Account Manager with deep experience scaling CPG brands on Amazon using a full-funnel, data-driven growth system.

This is not a traditional PPC execution role. The focus is on building and optimizing Amazon accounts as growth systems — combining advertising, organic ranking strategy, catalog optimization, and conversion rate improvements to drive category leadership.

The ideal candidate thinks beyond campaign management and operates like an Amazon growth strategist, capable of diagnosing full account performance, identifying leverage points across PPC and organic visibility, and executing structured scaling systems similar to those used by top-performing founder-led Amazon brands.
