  • Be in proper uniform and ready to take responsibility for the shift at the assigned time?
  • Learn/have complete operation and safety knowledge of mixer, sheeter, dicer and cheese shredder?
  • Be responsible to complete the “Daily Inventory” and “Prep List” using a computer?
  • Prioritize the day's work, completing tasks which, if not done first, would jeopardize the store's operation?
  • Mix dough to recipe and roll dough balls to standard?
