The Alumni Relations Associate is responsible for enhancing alumni engagement by managing social media platforms and providing dedicated service support.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain alumni social media channels, ensuring consistent branding and active engagement across platforms.
• Develop, write, and edit original content tailored for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
• Oversee the issuance and administration of alumni smart cards and parking stickers.
• Respond to alumni inquiries via the official alumni relations email in a timely and professional manner.
• Facilitate alumni connections with relevant departments such as the Registrar’s Office, Finance, Library, REDC, and Sports.
• Assist in the planning and execution of alumni events and activities, including Homecoming, Batch Reunions, and Chapter Reunions.
