Job Description
Job Scope
- Prepare costing for tenders and contracts for private and governments projects
- Handle contractual matters with the clients and subcontractors
- Prepare quotation, progress claim, variation order & final account settlement
- Support team in contractual disputes
- Diploma/degree in civil or mechanical engineering preferred
- At least 3 years QS experience in alum facade, windows & doors preferred
- Familar with alum profiles
- Ability to manage multiple projects within tight timeline
