Overall purpose, duties and responsibilities of the role:

The Alternative Distribution Head is responsible for leading the strategic development, implementation, and scaling of new and existing bancassurance distribution channels (excluding BBG and PB) in partnership with the Filinvest Group of Companies, with an expanded mandate to capture, develop, and manage ecosystem opportunities. The role will equally drive business development outside the Filinvest ecosystem, including fintech/digital partnerships and other non-affiliated group business opportunities.

The role owns the end-to-end strategy for Group Business across EWB and Filinvest subsidiaries and affiliates, working cross‑functionally with Operations, Product, Underwriting, IT, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to deliver sustainable growth, operational readiness, and governance aligned execution.
