**Main Responsibilities**
Reporting to the site's IT manager, you will actively participate in the management of the IT infrastructure and local systems. Your responsibilities will include:
**1. User Support (Service Desk)**
Providing on-site support (levels 1 and 2) to users.
Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues (workstations, peripherals, application access).
Preparing IT equipment (PCs, phones) for new employees and assisting users with collaboration tools (Office 365, Teams, etc.).
**2. Local Infrastructure Management**
Maintaining the network infrastructure (cabling, switches, firewalls, routers, Wi-Fi access points) in operational condition.
Maintaining multifunction printers, videoconferencing equipment, and time and attendance systems (badge readers).
Participating in maintaining cybersecurity standards on site.
