Nous recrutons, pour renforcer notre agence proche de CLERMONT FERRAND (63), un : 

Alternant - Commercial contrats d'entretien (H/F) pour notre secteur SOPRASSISTANCE

SOPRASSISTANCE est un secteur de service déployé dans chacune des agences du réseau SOPREMA Entreprises. Ce secteur est dédié aux interventions d’urgence, à l’entretien et aux travaux relatifs aux toitures terrasses et à la couverture des bâtiments.


Dans ce cadre, vous participerez aux missions suivantes :

  • Définition de la stratégie commerciale à mettre en œuvre afin de développer l'activité “contrats d'entretien”
  • Participation à l'identification de nouveaux prospects et fidélisation du portefeuille
  • Prise de rendez-vous, prospection terrain
  • Réalisation des négociations en vue de l'obtention de l'opération (prix, conditions de paiement)
  • Planification des interventions (démarches administratives, techniques, dans la gestion des chantiers et interve...
