Performance Scrum Manager – Role Overview
The Performance Scrum Manager is responsible for driving Agile delivery of performance initiatives while partnering closely with business and technology teams. This role blends Scrum leadership, performance domain understanding, and hands‑on product ownership, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery aligned with client and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure consistent, transparent delivery of performance-related work.
Act as a primary interface between stakeholders, data teams, and engineering.
Bring strong understanding of performance and reporting concepts to guide requirement discussions and delivery decisions.
Support backlog prioritization and perform Product Owner responsibilities where required.
