About this role:
As a n Advanced Practice Provider Home InstaCare , you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will provide Urgent / Insta Care services to patients in their home.
* This position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus , up to $7,500 in relocation assistance when applicable , a competitive salary, and an $18,000.00 Annual Quality Incentive
* You r home base will be Clinic Wynn - this role is primarily a mobile practice delivering care to the patient in their home setting via an Intermountain car/vehicle
* Weekly schedule involves 3 x 12 hour days / week
