EEAST is looking for an Information Officer/Secretary to support the All Women in EEAST Network (AWE). Applications should be submitted as an Expression of Interest via the Apply Online link below.

This is a voluntary role which will be undertaken alongside your current role. Abstraction from your current role will be agreed in line with service requirements as per the abstraction policy. The role has been approved and continues to receive support from the Trust Executive Team.

Main Duties of the Job

• Ensuring up‑to‑date information is kept for the network and that as much information as possible is made accessible to the group through all available media.
• Co‑ordinating information held on the internet and intranet, linking to information technology colleagues where necessary.
• Keeping an up‑to‑date record of members of the group so information can be effectively distributed.
