In this role, you will assist in maintaining a proactive dialogue with external stakeholders including brand owners, associations, industry groups, government entities, academia and NGOs on behalf of Alibaba, on intellectual property protection (IPR) and enforcement. As the successful candidate, you will also assist in the coordination with internal stakeholders on matters of IPR policies, procedures, initiatives and protocols, as well as manage matters related to budget, finance, procurement, and other administrative duties as deemed necessary for team success.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
*Assist with intellectual property enforcement and compliance, with particular focus on trademark, copyright and patent law and rights;
*Provide assistance to business clients, global colleagues and other company stakeholders on intellectual property matters;
