Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Algebra 2 teacher to join our team. The Algebra 2 teacher is responsible for instruction, course preparation, developing instructional materials, grading and assessment, and professional responsibilities as a member of the instructional team of a school or academic department. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic educator who can excite and inspire students, communicates actively with parents and colleagues and should be well versed in Common Core Standards and the NYS Regents curriculum.


Responsibilities


+ Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning.

+ Develops schemes of work, lesson plans and tests that are in accordance with established procedures.
