Technical Specialist, Electrical

Position Summary

As part of the AJISS Coastal Support team, the Technical Specialist – Electrical will support the Royal Canadian Navy Arctic and Offshore Patrol Vessels (AOPV) and Joint Support Ship (JSS) class vessels under the AOPS & JSS In‑Service Support contract. The role reports to the Resource Manager – Coastal Support and is responsible for corrective maintenance, engineering changes, certification management and planned maintenance related to electrical issues, while liaising with ship staff and Fleet Maintenance Facilities. The position is hybrid with majority of on‑site time spent in the dockyard.
