Demonstrate thorough knowledge of product features, benefits, and pricing, and communicate these with clarity and professionalism
Deliver a confident, polished customer interaction that reflects executive presence in every engagement
Provide accurate answers to customer questions and address concerns effectively
Achieve or exceed personal and team sales targets
Represent the partnership between a premium credit card provider and one of the world’s greatest airlines with professionalism and enthusiasm
Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service at all times
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador, Sales Representative, Promoter, or in a similar customer-facing role
