Job Description
**Overview**
The Airline Passenger Assistant, or Wheelchair Agent, provides essential services for passengers needing wheelchair assistance. This role is highly customer service-focused, and tipping is both allowed and customary. Must be able to speak English as you will be communicating with passengers. Full time shift, must be able to work on weekends if part of schedule. Starting pay $14.75 + tips. Wheelchair Agents who provide extraordinary customer service are known to increase their earning potential between $25–$100 per week.
