Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
- College graduate OR at least 2 years (4 semesters) of college completed OR
- Senior High School (SHS) graduate
- At least 6 months of BPO/call center experience
- Willing to workonsite in Cebu City
- Willing to worknight shifts / shifting schedules (common for international airline accounts)
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls (global clients)
- Process refunds, answer inquiries about flights/services
- Aim for first-call resolution
- Accurate documentation of bookings and interactions
