Airfreight Station Manager – Canada

About the role

We are Maersk. We are looking to appoint an Airfreight Station Manager to lead our air freight operations in Toronto, Canada. This is a fully onsite leadership role with end‑to‑end accountability for operational execution, financial performance, people leadership, and customer outcomes at station level. The role reports to the Head of Air Operations & Customer Experience and sits at the center of how we deliver reliable, cost‑efficient, and scalable air freight services for our customers across Canada. The Station Manager is responsible to deliver measurable outcomes across service, productivity, financial controls, customer growth, continuous improvement, and culture.
