ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


+ Establish work priorities to assist the Lead. Ensure work performed adheres to high quality standards.
+ Highly proficient with forms
+ Establish work priorities and supervise the work of up to 10 Technicians
+ Effectively interact with customer representatives
+ All other duties as assigned
